A quick introduction for anyone who's been let in — and the handful of things worth knowing before you dive in.
S3 is a private podcast and video platform — long, unscripted conversations recorded on camera and shared only with people who've been personally invited in.
Episodes are usually hosted by Luke Wright, joined by a different friend or two each time. Luke will usually reach out directly to invite someone on — but if you'd like to be a guest and want to schedule it in yourself, that's welcome too; it actually makes things easier. There's no fixed schedule either way — a new episode goes up whenever one's actually finished.
Think of it less like a show and more like being handed a seat at the table.
None of this ever goes to YouTube or any public platform. It's connected to a custom system using Google Drive for file storage. This means we get to:
Your access is a personal invite from Luke. Don't share your login, and don't forward episode links to anyone who hasn't been let in themselves.
These conversations are unfiltered because everyone in them trusts the room. Don't repost clips, screenshots, or quotes anywhere public.
Comments and reactions should stay kind — even when the take being discussed absolutely was not.
There's no schedule to hold anyone to. Some weeks there's a new one, some months there isn't.
A topic, a guest, a bit worth doing — tell Luke.
